Someone has a messy diaper

Description: Hi everyone! baby j is playing in his room, having a great time with his toys. he's got a wet diaper on, but he's too busy to care. suddenly, he messes his diaper too! but it doesn’t seem to bother him at all. i catch a whiff of the smell and go to check his diaper. oh dear, it's time for a change! so i scoop him up and off we go to get him all cleaned up.
