Description: Negative commands such as "don't do this" or "stop thinking about that" tend to have the opposite effect. in order to tell yourself not to do something you have to think about doing that very thing. your subconscious mind doesn't register the "don't, stop, no" parts as strongly as the rest of the command. when you tell yourself "don't think about miss rebecca today" all your brain registers is "think about miss rebecca today". you really are fucked and i'm going to show you just how deeply my mental domination has penetrated your mind… then i will fuck it up even further with my negative commands. go ahead and resist, it will hit you much harder when you inevitably give in.
