My first 5 Minute Breath Hold

Description: Trying for and getting my first ever 5 minute breath hold. this was extremely hard as you will see from all the squirming around and kicking. i almost didn't get it as i exhaled some air twice and losing any oxygen at this point is hard and makes you want to breathe even more.
