Waking up a happy messy baby

Description: In the morning, i go to wake up baby j, and his diaper is super duper full of pee and really dirty! he's awake and so happy, judging by the big lump in his diaper. but it's not time for a change yet; first, we need to have his milk bottle for breakfast. so after giving his chubby diaper a lot of pats and rubs, off we go for breakfast!
