Description: House of frazier three ( welcome inn editors choice ) this is a compilation not the full movie when a guest books a room for three nights at the "welcome inn bob the manager could not be happier. this is the slow season, and bob could use the money. when his guest arrives its miss feona pembry and she's extremely pleasant. bob is elated until he discovers that the credit card she gave him has been declined. confronting her she suggests that his credit card machine is probably not working correctly. bob calls his friend, steven who owns a bed and breakfast nearby. he is informed that she stayed there also, but left in the night without paying. bob decides to stay up and wait for her that evening to see if she will sneak out with out paying the bill. when she attempts the same with bob he catches her and teaches her a lesson she will not forget. he ties her in carious positions while humiliating her. it seems the "welcome inn" now has permanent guest
