Emma Heart Attack (CPR, AED, DEFIB, RESUS, AMBU)

Description: The two rescuers enter, check her heartbeat and realize that she is in cardiac arrest. they immediately begin cpr, with several rounds of chest compressions and ambu bags. one rescuer cuts off the girl's shirt and the other places the aed paddles on her bare chest. emma's body shakes, but without getting a pulse. the doctor checks with the stethoscope but hears nothing. thus cpr continues, with strong, deep compressions, along with several rounds of ambu and aed. eventually the defibrillator does its job and the girl's heart starts beating again. emma moves, realizes she's naked and tries to cover herself up. but it doesn't last long, the heartbeat is lost again and the girl goes into cardiac arrest again. the doctor hastily restarts the compressions, with only one hand, and the cycles of cpr resume incessantly. after several cycles of defibrillator, chest compressions and ambu bagging, the girl is transported to hospital. emma is transported to the er after having a heart attack at home, she is still in cardiac arrest. the doctors continue with her cpr, while she still has the aed pads still glued to her chest. the electrodes are attached to her chest, the plates aed is removed and at the same time the girl's panties are cut, leaving her completely naked on the hospital bed. while the chest compressions continue and the ambu bags looking for the girl's breath, her heart is in asystole. but shortly thereafter her rhythm becomes shockable, with a slight fibrillation. immediately the defibrillator is placed on the girl's chest and her body shaken by several shocks, which do not get any results. therefore the cycles of cpr resume. still more shocks and the stethoscope resting on her chest perceives nothing, emma is once again in asystole. the chest compressions resume deep, the ambu continues to bag up, until a new fibrillation makes itself felt. the shocks are numerous, alternating with cpr and bagging. but the girl goes into asystole again. it seems that her hopes are now few, until her heart gives a small sign of recovery. eventually after several shocks and hope that she seemed to shut down several times, her heart starts beating again and she opens her eyes, recovering. cpr, aed, deep chest compressions, defibrillator, ambu. various camera angles. feet visible. completely naked
