Description: Rachel just wants attention.  but the only person around to tie her up is 'busy'.  but she finally convinces him to do it.  only thing is he just goes back to being 'busy' again leaving her frustrated and struggling in the chair.  will she the attention she wants or just be left to squirm and voice her displeasure through the pump gag in her mouth?
