waking up a messy baby

Description: I gently enter the room where j is in his bed, wearing my cozy pajama shirt and a diaper. baby j is also wearing a diaper, but his is much fuller, and he has an onesie on top. as he wakes up, i take the chance to check his diaper, which is very wet and messy. so, i put on a plastic pants to keep everything clean while we go to have his milk bottle.
