Full nappy wake up

Description: As the sun is shining in the morning, i find baby j in his bed. he's wearing a very full diaper and a onesie. as he wakes up, i take the chance to check his diaper, which is soaked with pee and messy. but it's not time for a change yet; first, it's bottle time! so, off we go to prepare it.
