Messy nappy check and plastic pants

Description: I notice a familiar smell coming from baby j's room while he's playing. i go to check his diaper and find it soaked with pee and very messy! but before i can change him, i need to finish getting dressed. so, i put a plastic pants over his diaper to keep everything clean while he continues playing until it's time for a change.
