Waking up in a messy nappy

Description: As i go to wake up j in the morning, i gently unbutton his onesie and check his diaper. oh my goodness, it's so full of pee and messy! but first things first, let's get him a nice warm bottle of milk to drink. after he finishes his milk, it's time for a bath and a fresh diaper change. let's go prepare that bottle!
