Description: I am your landlady and i’m really not happy with the state of my house which you rent.  i want significant improvements and i want them fast. but to resolve it we are going to play a game of higher or lower and every time someone loses a round they have to remove an item of clothing.  it doesn’t go well for me as i keep losing and having to strip out of my clothes and underwear. but you have another surprise waiting for me in another room, as i find myself bound and ballgagged and naked as i’m covered in buckets of gunge. not the outcome i was expecting.
