Play ground Sprain

Description: Just entering the park and finding a picnic table for some shade and a nice area for some sun. i set down all my articles and head out to check out the scenery. of course, i'm not paying attention and trip coming off the concrete onto the grass, hitting the ground hard. filthy and now i'm pretty sure i sprung my ankle. so now i have to remove my sock and shoe, painfully so i can assess how bad it is. i need to get to the table so i gather my shoe and crawl a bit to part of the pavilion that i can use  because i can not put any pressure on it. then i hop the rest of the way to the table. i message my ankle some , it hurt to the touch. i decide to hop off to my car because i know i have a ace bandage in the car.
