Description: Today we have an "unbranded" balloon, we are unsure what brand this is, we thought it was a cattex 16" but these balloons dont really neck, rochelle pre-stretched the balloon on the 1st inflation before taking the 2nd inflation to the max where the balloon blasts out into millions of balloons shards
