Self-defense course (ball bu)

Description: Request: i like the idea of a self defense video, where either one of you (or maybe both, taking it in turns) explains some self defense techniques to the  camera, while demonstrating on each other, which also involves reacting to the hits, but without actually hitting each other (as a demonstration). the hits don't all have to hit the crotch, but i thought they could be included in one way or another, for eg. you demonstrate how when you hit someone in the face, they will cover their face, which leaves them open for a crotch kick, or the other way around, when you hit someone in the crotch, they will bend over, which leaves them open to a face smack etc. lol.   of course it doesn't have to be too serious, and you can have fun with it, and the video linked i think is a good example. it can also be in english, or in your native language, what ever feels more comfortable.
