Description: Sammie has a really bad stomach ache and was able to get a last minute doctors appointment. she's surprised when she learns that dr. tiny is in fact a tiny man but shrugs it off, hops on the table and lets him examine her. but sammie starts to get suspicious as his he asks her to take off her clothes, touch herself, uses an endoscope in her ass and down her throat. what will she do with him in the end?
