Jamie Hurt Her Ankle!

Description: I tried to ice skate and fell on my ass! when i fell, i twisted my ankle somehow and now have a bad sprain! my toes are swollen and throbbing, and my ankle sprain hurts so bad! i can't even get dressed so i had to stay in my pajamas all day! i try out the crutches, and they seem to be really hurting my armpits! i should have never tried to ice skate!
