Diarrhea constipation in the nude loud rumbly farts

Description: Holy cow! i urgently have to take a dump and this dump is not waiting-it feels like it's coming out whether i'm ready or not! worried that i will have an accident if i try to get dressed first, i make a naked beeline for the toilet. first i pee, but then my dump isn't coming out nearly as easily as i thought it would, and it's hurting my stomach! i grimace, rub my stomach in pain, and push and grunt as i attempt to push out my dump. finally, after what feels like forever and some very comical loud, rumbly farts that seem to go on forever, my dump comes out and i am in great relief. i finish up, flush my dump down the toilet, and wash my hands.
