Extreme Breakfast in McDo

Description: Today i went to mcdo for breakfast before work. i ordered a burger, fries and coffee. after eating this, i smoked a cigarette on the street and my stomach was churning. i urgently needed to take a gift. running behind the bushes, i piled a pile near the car right on the street where various people were passing by. it was really extreme. enjoy!
