Description: Penny spends all day in class and when she sees shawn laying around doing nothing, she isn't happy about it. she vents some frustration by tying him to a chair while she gives him a piece of her mind. shawn is gagged so he can't talk back, only listen. penny eventually takes all his money and leaves him tied up. enjoy!
