Wanted for Questioning : an arrest handcuff movie with Kobe Lee

Description: I, kobe lee, am standing around when i am approached by officer torvea.  he said i need to come in for questioning.  i am so mad.  he makes me put my hands on my head while he searches my body.  i am then placed under arrest and strictly handcuffed with hinged handcuffs.  i am walked around the parking lot with the officer tightly holding my upper arm.  i am placed in the back of the car and taken in for mugshots.
