Description: I try more and more often to cook with vegetarian/vegan products, but unfortunately these substitute products are very often plastic-wrapped and it annoys me very much that so much waste is created by this. that's why i decided to make seitan myself. that sounds boring to you? but it's absolutely not, because you have to knead the seitan by hand for 10 minutes and you get to watch me do it. i am topless and knead and knead and knead. this makes my big boobs jiggle and jiggle and jiggle constantly. i'm sure you would have kneaded something else instead of seitan if we had done this together ;-). btw: the cooked seitan tasted wonderful in the end. yeah!!!!
