Bailey Page: Pink Tape Peril

Description: *** attention *** attention *** this is an all-points bulletin to be on the look out for the so-called "pink tape purloiner"!  he is described as an average looking guy of average build and average height, but he has the habit of breaking into homes where there's only a single lady present.  once inside, he tapes the lady to a chair with pink duct tape, and gags her with the same.  then, after finding all the jewelry and other small valuables, he leaves the lady seemingly in peril with a countdown timer.  the countdown timer is not a timer for anything, other than being a seemingly-menacing situation for the lady in tape bondage. the timer counts down to zero, and while the captive's brain assumes the worst, nothing else happens. the lady still needs to get free on her own, however. you can see some home-security footage here, where a resident of the city, one bailey paige, has fallen victim to the purloiner and seemingly believes she is about to meet her end.  again, nothing happens, but the captive does not know this.  if anyone has any information they are asked to call their local police precinct! refer to case ptp-01
