Fart therapy for tiny

Description: You come to therapy for a fear of giant women and i decide to do some exsposure therapy. you're very scared but i reassure you im here to help and this has to happen for you to keep moving forward.  i gently sit on your tiny body and fart in your face over and over. i tell you not to panic and help you through the whole thing. i end up being more gassy than i expected and fart on you alot before i finally decide you've had enough.
