Description: Batgirl encounters a weeping woman in a public hallway. when she asks her why she is upset the woman starts to explain when she suddenly whips out a submission device. batgirl is taken to a nearby apartment where eventually her mask is removed. catherine is planning on using her batgirl uniform to commit crimes so that batgirl will get the blame.
