New High Heels Ankle Sprain and Wrap

Description: Sarah september has borrowed some high heels from her friend.  unfortunately, she has never worn high heels before.  this shows as she tries to walk around.  her ankles wobble and her legs shake.  soon her right ankle gives and she falls desperately to the floor.  sarah cries out in pain and begs her friend to take her to the hospital.  but, her friend is late for work and just throws her some gauze wraps.  sarah can't believe this and tries to stand on her already swelling ankle.  but the weight of her body is too much.  so, sarah must wrap her own ankle.  it is painful and sore.  finally, sarah uses the wall to stand and slowly hops away to get help.
