Soles side scrunching and spreading in bed

Description: I'm in bed and my feet are sticking out from under the covers. my legs are side sitting, and my soles are stacked on top of each other. i flex my toes back making them smooth, then scrunch my toes as hard as i can making them explode into wrinkles. i repeat this. short but worth it ?
