I let it all out

Description: I have suffered from allergies since i can remember and i learned that when i sneeze i have to let it all out or else i will tear my lungs and throat. my sneezes are so strong and loud and my saliva is flying everywhere. it can't be stopped, i have to wait for it to pass by itself.
