Description: In this clip paddling and caning in part 2 the hospital administration is checking the dispensary carefully following a large shortfall in the prescription medications. all evidence points to dr. patel, an attractive doctor who is known to be easily lead astray, and prescribes readily to patients who like certain slimming and napping pills for recreational use. she is summoned before the administrator and told in no uncertain manner that unless she accepts a good canning she is likely to be stuck off.
