Tied up to my bed

Description: I wake up to find my wrists are tied to bedposts with rope. i am still in my black dress, gloves, and heels from the ball the night before. my mouth is gagged with a scarf. how did i get here. i struggle but i can't get out. my ankles and wrists are tied spread eagle tight. wait, what is going on here? what are you doing?
