Coughing and Spitting

Description: Gosh. just a month ago from my recovery and here i am again. i'm still in denial that this is due to my heavy smoking that my immune system is slowly deteriorating. but i can't control myself, i don't even want to stop. must admit that i like destroying myself in such a pleasurable way. oh! and that ashtray got really filthy, had lots of spit in it.
