Captured Kerry's Hogtie Escape Thwarted

Description: Given the challenge to escape from a tight hogtie with hair tie by tied_n_cuffed productions, but just as i'm about to escape he decides i've not wriggled for long enough so i am quickly retied and have to start all over again! unfortunately it doesn't go as smoothly the second time around and in the end i have to give up and ask nicely to be released.
