Description: Delilah is taking summer session at college but couldn't find a single decent place to live on campus!  her only option was the frat house but that solution was certainly less than optimal.  fortunately for her she saw an ad in the university paper for a room where she would be living with a college professor and in exchange for rent she would be doing chores for him around the house.  it sounded too good to be true and of course it was!  you see delilah neglected to read the fine print...
