Ballbusting injury

Description: My desperate subbie, having gone some time without release is already feeling sensitive. look at his balls in my hand, i squeeze and slap them really hard while he screams in pain. i laugh at him, not believing his sudden overreaction. then i show him what real pain is, squeezing, kicking his balls and penis with my knee and legs.it is clear by the purple and black around his left testicle that i ruptured that one.i intend to beat his balls off, but after several grabs, punches, kicks, i'm glad to see that i inflicted a serious injury on him.)
