Hiccups Won’t Let Me Sleep

Description: I got in my pajamas and slipped into bed. i’m all ready to sleep for the night and then i start hiccuping. i helplessly lay there so tired and at the mercy of my own hiccups that won’t seem to stop. i have my pajama shirt pulled up so you can see my chest and diaphragm heave with every hiccup. i just wish they would stop so i could get some sleep! i keep thinking that they are gone, but then they come back. finally they taper off and i can finally get some rest.
