Kobe is Arrested for having Hairy Arms

Description: Kobe is walking outside when she is stopped by officer torvea.  he said her arms are too hairy and she must be placed under arrest.  she is hand cuffed and walked.  he brings her to his home.  kobe is shown just walking around in the handcuffs.  she also sits for awhile and waits for the officer to return.  finally he comes back and tells uncuffs her.  he re-cuffs her makes her place her arms high on the wall. he finally says she can go and uncuffs her.  she enjoys her experience in the hinged handcuffs, but she will shave her arms.
