Description: The cowboy and bwi's resident "bad boy" bronco bill wants to take on newcomer and b-list celebrity star vic valentine.  bill thinks he can win by giving vic a stinkface, but vic is able to escape and use bill's own rope against him, tying him up and stinkfacing him!
