Chelsea Hard Rock Hotel Machine Pop 02 4K (3840x2160)

Description: Chelsea is in the studio today with some 24 and 36-inch balloons from the hard rock hotel. these are older stock and some were in pretty poor shape so we put them in hot water and let chelsea make them into confetti using the balloon pump. she inflates many of them two at a time and eventually uses two pumps at the same time. many of these balloons get huge before they explode. chelsea's comments and reactions are great.
