Smoking while painting my nails

Description: I'm so busy these days that i can't spare 5 minutes to paint my nails, but i always have time for a cigarette. as i'm telling you this, i've lit a cigarette and let it dangle from my lips while i'm painting my nails. i am right-handed and i need concentration to paint the nails on my right hand, this is not easy. and now until the nail polish on my nails dries i can't use my hands, but i have to smoke.
