Order: "i want the pain to be in the bottom of your heel. in order to create that you will need to wear these shoes and the socks exactly as you did last time (socks only cover your toes, so we can see all your heel and all your beautiful high arches).i want to see you doing activities that create friction and pain like walking fast, jumping, running so your heels get more and more painful.after they are already sore, i want you add a small stone / pebble into the shoes so they should press against your heel pads inside the shoes. then repeat the entire exercise again with the stones hurting your heels. of course since the pain is really bad, you stop from time to time to take the heels out of the shoes (only the heel, not the whole foot) so you can massage them. i want to see the marks and the redness from the stones (see pic). each exercise should take at least 5 minutes. i want to see at which point you can't take it anymore and sit down to inspect your poor heels"
