Trying to make my sneezes as quiet as possible- I failed!

Description: There's people around, so i'm trying to keep my sneezing fit quiet! i have such loud sneezes so this is impossible! because i'm trying to keep my mouth closed each time, i have snot coming out of my nose! nose blowing at the end too!
