Extreme smoking down to the filter

Description: I was so hungry for a nicotine that this marlboro red did not stand a chance. i’m taking double and triple pumps, holding the smoke deep in my lungs and smoking it to the very end, in fact i think i smoked a bit of the filter as well. a great addition to my full ashtray, that you can see in the background. heavy breathing, throat clearing and other smoking sounds, a small price to pay when i need to fulfill my cravings. and you’ll see how happy that make me!
