Tied and stretched to a hook in the ceiling

Description: Wrists bound with a rope. the rope run through a large metal hook in the ceiling beam then down to my ankles. tight enough to pull my ankles and wrists up. spent 24 minutes before i was able to pull myself up to untie my ankles. laid there face down afterwards for a while exhausted.
