Description: Joi feet. control session with foot movement: 16' 34" video where i will first explain what the movements of my feet will correspond to, since i will not give you orders verbally. you will have to follow the orders directly from my feet, with your movements while watching tv and i penalize you with "punishment lines" every time you miss.we will finish with a countdown and great run from you.
