Description: Wearing skin tight, skimpy workout clothes, i pose and flex for you to show off my biceps and toned arms to you. i then do 4 sets of 12 bicep curls with 7kg dumbells so you can see me working my biceps in my little lycra sports bra and skin tight, super short lycra gym shorts. i flex away and close up to the camera at different ankles and rub my toned arms and biceps.
