Feeding the Fishies (and trying to keep my dress from blowing up)

Description: It's a windy day and i'm having a smoke and my dress is blowing around everywhere ... hope you don't mind seeing my entire bare naked leg a few times! when i'm not trying to maintain my decency and dignity, i'm busy polluting the water (and my lungs) and giving the fishes some delicious ash for dinner.
