Custom: painful heel at the office

Description: I must stand all day at the office, wearing high heels and today my left heel is afwully painful. i can barely stand the pain, but cannot sit down. i try to ease the pain without my boss noticing but she find me out. i am allowed to sit a bit on the chair and change shoes before cleaning the floor.
