Sage Refuses To Comply and Is Arrested (Officer Celene)

Description: Officer celene has pulled over a black vehicle and when she gets up to the driver's side door, she deals with a man who refuses to follow her lawful orders. he won't roll down the window, won't give her the information she needs, and when she asks him to turn off the car he also refuses that. after calling him delusional and letting him know he's resisting, she makes her way back to her car to call in for a quick background check on sage stone. she receives word from dispatch that he has a warrant out for his arrest, so she walks back to his car and has him turn it off and step out of his car. he is quickly arrested, with celene handcuffing his hands behind his back and she puts him in the back of her car. once she transports him to jail, she makes him step out and frisks him before taking him inside. officer celene brings sage into the jail and puts him in a pair of shackles before moving his handcuffs to the front. she cuffs him to the table and starts his processing by filling out paperwork with his information and his fingerprints. she lets him make one phone call before she removes him from the table. he is lead over to the mugshot board where his photos are taken and his cuffs are removed so he can undress. once he is fully nude a strip search is conducted, and when they're done with that celene handcuffs him to the bench. officer celene returns to sage still being completely nude and cuffed to the bench. she shows him the orange jumpsuit she picked out for him and removes his cuffs. he gets dressed and she puts him in transport cuffs/shackles. she leads him over to the cell and locks him inside. after a while waiting in his cell, she returns and lets him out. she instead puts a transport belt with his hands cuffed behind his back on him and puts a regular pair of shackles around his ankles.
