Birth Started While I Was Showering Alone

Description: I’m talking about how hard it is to shower while pregnant, and how difficult it’s become to wash every part of my body because i can’t properly see or reach everything anymore. it makes even simple daily routines exhausting and frustrating.while i’m showering, i suddenly start feeling intense stomach pains. at first i try to ignore it, but the pain quickly gets stronger and i realize something is wrong. i begin to panic as the contractions hit harder and harder, and it becomes clear that i’m going into labor right there in the shower. with no time to get anywhere else, i desperately try to prepare myself and attempt to give birth in the shower tray.
