When i get home, i'm hopping on one leg because i twisted my foot during training and can't put any weight on it. what should i do? i need to apply something cold. i head to the kitchen to find some refrigerant in the refrigerator. it will help me relieve the pain. sitting on a chair, i apply the cold to my leg and then go get a bandage and crutches to bandage my leg. at first, i'll be using crutches to get around and heal the ligaments.
